Is Lettr free to use?
Yes. The Free plan lets you build one resume, use the Classic and Modern templates, see your live ATS score, download a PDF and try each AI tool once. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited resumes, AI tools, templates and Word export.
Will the AI make things up on my resume?
No. Lettr only rewrites what you give it. If a number or detail is missing, it leaves a blank for you to fill in instead of inventing it.
What is an ATS score?
Many companies use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to scan resumes before a person reads them. Lettr’s score estimates how easily these systems can read yours — layout, contact details, dates and keywords — so you can fix problems before you apply.
Do Pro plans renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly, 3-month and yearly plans all renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime before your renewal date to stop the next payment — you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I get a refund?
All Pro purchases are final and non-refundable, so please try the Free plan first. If you were charged twice by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we’ll reverse the extra charge.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Lettr works in your browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
Is my data safe?
Your resumes belong to you. We never sell your data, and you can delete your account at any time.
