01About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Noonscope Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Noonscope”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India with its office at D-42, Surya Palace, Delhi Road, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. They apply to our website and to every app we offer, including Lettr (together, the “Services”).
02Who can use our Services
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
03Our apps
Lettr is an AI-powered resume and cover letter builder. It includes features such as a live ATS score, keyword matching, AI rewriting, cover and resignation letters, and resume templates. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Services.
04Free and Pro plans
- Free plan: limited features, including one resume and a single try of each AI tool per person.
- Pro plan: available as a monthly plan, a 3-month pass or a yearly plan. In India, Pro costs ₹599 a month, ₹1,499 for 3 months or ₹4,999 a year. Prices are set by country and shown in your local currency before you pay, including applicable taxes.
- We issue GST invoices from Noonscope Media Pvt. Ltd. for payments made in India.
05Payments, renewals and cancellation
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partner. We never store your full card or UPI details.
- All Pro plans — monthly, 3-month pass and yearly — renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel before your renewal date to stop the next payment.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings in Lettr. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- We may change prices in the future. We will tell you before a change applies to your plan.
- All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase — see our Refund Policy.
06Fair use and usage limits
To keep the Services fast and affordable for everyone, AI features have daily usage limits. You agree not to share your account, resell access, or use bots, scripts or scraping tools to access the Services.
07AI-generated content
Lettr uses artificial intelligence to suggest content. AI suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you must review everything before using it. ATS scores and keyword matches are estimates to help you improve — they are not a guarantee of interviews, job offers or how any employer’s system will read your resume.
08Your content
You own the resumes, letters and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You give us permission to store and process Your Content only as needed to provide and improve the Services. Please don’t upload anything unlawful, or other people’s personal information without their permission.
09Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- include false information intended to mislead employers;
- try to hack, overload or disrupt the Services;
- copy, reverse-engineer or resell our apps, templates or content.
10Our intellectual property
The Services — including the Noonscope and Lettr names, logos, designs, templates and software — belong to Noonscope Media Pvt. Ltd. You may use them only as allowed by these Terms.
11Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties for hosting, payments, email and AI processing. Their services are covered by their own terms. We are not responsible for websites or services run by others that we link to.
12Disclaimer
We work hard to keep the Services reliable, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
13Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Noonscope will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost job opportunities or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
14Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, after giving notice where reasonable.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are important, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be solved quickly.
