Noonscope Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Noonscope”, “we”) runs this website and our apps, including Lettr. For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the “Data Fiduciary” for your personal data. Our office is at D-42, Surya Palace, Delhi Road, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
02What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and login information.
- Content you add: resumes, cover letters, job posts you paste and files you upload.
- Payment information: plan, billing details and transaction records. Card and UPI details are handled directly by our payment partner — we never store them.
- Usage data: device, browser, pages visited and feature usage, used to keep the Services working and secure.
- Support messages: anything you send us through tickets, email or chat.
03How we use your data
- To provide our apps — for example, building your resume, scoring it and generating suggestions.
- To process payments, issue GST invoices and manage your plan.
- To apply fair-use limits and protect against fraud and abuse.
- To answer your support requests.
- To improve our apps and fix problems.
- To send important service emails. Marketing emails are optional and you can unsubscribe anytime.
04AI processing
When you use AI features, the relevant text is sent securely to our AI service provider only to generate your result.
05Who we share data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services — such as cloud hosting, payments, email and AI processing — and only as much as they need. We may also share data if the law requires it.
06How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your content within 30 days, except records we must keep by law — such as invoices for tax purposes.
07Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
08Your rights
You can ask us to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update inaccurate data;
- delete your data and account;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- nominate someone to act for you, as allowed under law.
